Doubting the Impartiality: Constitutional Court Judges and Conflict of Interest

The Constitutional Court ruling on the third amendment to Law is worth discussing. In judicial review, justices judged a case in which they have interests. interests are related requirement for being justice, term of office justices, and chief justice deputy justice. Can be impartial? This study aimed at three things. First, analyzing their interpretation through legal annotation. Second, identifying impacts has Court. Third, providing road map review judges. mixed research using primary secondary data. found that judges not impartial due conflict interest. They compromised universal principles judiciary. For sake impartiality, should own cause. Instead, Supreme authority legislation them.
